Judy and Matt won the mixed doubles and received the trophy from club president Peggy McLeod in the evening after the conclusion of all the matches

Elaine had a better result in the ladies doubles final which she won with Agnes Kittles as partner

Last year Sandra Hume won the ladies singles and doubles as well as the mixed doubles, this year she was able to retain the singles title

Richard Waters retained the mens singles title , beating Stuart Jones in the final for the second year running

Simon Greengrass won the men's plate for the second year running

it rained heavily during the afternoon and Matt Wood was very worried that he might not finish the mens doubles final so he went out and swept the water off the court

...and it was all worthwhile as he and Stuart Jones won the Mens doubles final
